Loan modification takes an existing loan and creates long-term solutions to enable people to meet the terms in times of hardship. If people are unable to make their loan payments due to financial setbacks or temporary problems, Home Loan Preservation partners with Loss Mitigation Legal Network who negotiates with lenders to identify and find new terms.  They work with the home owner and their lender to modify their loan into something that everyone is happy with—keeping it out of foreclosure.

They give clients access to a web site where they can check the status of their modification.

The cost of the service varies depending of loan amount, number of loans and other factors. The average cost to the home owner currently ranges from $3,000 - $3,995. If the company can not achieve a loan modification, they will refund %100 of your money.

To begin the process, home loan modification experts will come to you.  They’ll help you gather all of the necessary information to put together a comprehensive analysis.  This will identify your particular hardships and financial obligations, and will allow them to determine whether or not you are a good candidate for loan modification.
